In this zone, you’ll meet scientists using water in their research. One uses a giant microscope to look at where atoms and molecules are and another is developing an app to help decide whether a fishery is sustainable or not based. Another scientist in this zone tests water samples from taps, swimming pools, rivers and lochs to make sure they are safe from harmful bacteria and another is researching how to produce good quality drinking water without adding any chemicals to treat it.
