I would say that at this moment we do not have the technology to keep people alive to 150. Who knows what the future holds though. 🤷♀️ I would imagine that even if you physically live to 150, you would be awfully forgetful!
Not yet but maybe in future? In 2016 the UK average life expectancy was 80.96 years and in 2006 it was 79.25 so it is slowly increasing.
Harvard Health Publishing (https://www.health.harvard.edu/healthbeat/tips-for-a-longer-life) say 10 steps for living a longer life are:
-Don’t smoke.
-Enjoy physical and mental activities every day.
-Eat a healthy diet rich in whole grains, vegetables, and fruits, and substitute healthier monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats for unhealthy saturated fats and trans fats.
-Take a daily multivitamin, and be sure to get enough calcium and vitamin D.
-Maintain a healthy weight and body shape.
-Challenge your mind. Keep learning and trying new activities.
-Build a strong social network.
-Follow preventive care and screening guidelines.
-Floss, brush, and see a dentist regularly.
-Ask your doctor if medication can help you control the potential long-term side effects of chronic conditions such as high blood pressure, osteoporosis, or high cholesterol.
good question, although I don’t think it is possible just yet you never know. I think the oldest person to ever live died at 122 but not many people have reached that age. maybe in the future people will live a lot longer. today the fact we can live to 100 plus is amazing considering many years ago the average life span was approx. 30-40 years
